CLeanTech流動負壓消毒室 、BioEm空氣消毒淨化液 完全符合CMA《可移動式負壓消毒倉》行業標準及安全測試

CLeanTech mobile negative pressure disinfection chambers and BioEm air disinfection and purification fluids fully comply with CMA's "Mobile Negative Pressure Disinfection Chamber" industry standards and safety tests.

On September 9, CMA Testing Center published the "Mobile Negative Pressure Disinfection Chamber" industry standard and safety testing, outlining the standards and requirements for mobile negative pressure disinfection chambers. CLeanTech is the first mobile negative pressure disinfection chamber to meet the standard in terms of functionality, performance, and various safety tests. BioEm also meets all safety and sterilization tests for "disinfectant sprayable on the human body":
-Subchronic inhalation toxicity test
-Acute inhalation toxicity test
-Acute eye irritation test
-Skin irritation test

/Detailed report from Headline Daily:
CMA Testing Centre establishes Hong Kong’s first industry standard and safety testing requirements for “Mobile Negative Pressure Disinfection Chambers”

In response to the pandemic, numerous new products have been launched this year, and local manufacturers have developed various cutting-edge technologies to meet market demands. Air disinfection with disinfectant sprays and corresponding mobile negative pressure disinfection chambers have already appeared in the Hong Kong market. However, Dr. Shi Lide stated that the market still lacks corresponding industry standards to verify their effectiveness and safety. Even if relevant standards existed, they might not be able to conduct a comprehensive assessment, and some industry standards have not been updated for a long time.

In October of the previous year, the Department of Health stated on social media that "spraying disinfectants on individuals through disinfection corridors, disinfection cabinets, or disinfection rooms is not recommended under any circumstances," raising concerns about the use of disinfectants. To this end, the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong (CMA), a subsidiary of the CMA Testing Center, which has always been committed to supporting local small and medium-sized enterprises, announced the launch of a new service to provide technical support for epidemic-related products on the market: through "pilot-to-transfer" (pilot-to-transfer) to create new standards and conduct safety testing for different industries. The first project is to develop a new industry standard for "spraying disinfectants for air disinfection and the corresponding mobile negative pressure disinfection chambers." This will provide manufacturers with a strong reference for meeting the World Health Organization's safety requirements.

The Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong promotes the "Hong Kong version of pilot testing," or "local testing," to establish industry standards and provide technical support. The so-called "pilot test," also known as "intermediate testing," is considered the most critical step in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. It builds on the research results of small-scale laboratory tests and ultimately aims for large-scale industrial production.

The press conference noted that the development process of the industry standard involved input from the industry, the drafting expert team, and the members of the Standards Review Committee, ultimately resulting in the finalization of the Hong Kong industry standard. The newly released "Portable Negative Pressure Sterilization Chamber" industry standard covers eight areas: 1. Scope; 2. Normative References; 3. Terms and Definitions; 4. Classification and Grading; 5. Technical Requirements; 6. Test Methods; 7. Final Inspection; and 8. Marking, Packaging, Transportation, and Storage.

CMA President Stephen Sze Lai-tak noted that the CMA has been a driving force and leader in the "Hong Kong version of pilot testing." "Through the implementation of 'pilot-to-pilot' transformation and the creation of new industry standards and safety testing requirements, we hope that locally produced products and technologies can be exported to Hong Kong and recognized by the Greater Bay Area and global markets."
