COVID-19 syndrome
1. New, continuous cough, such as coughing for more than one hour, or even three periods of repeated coughing within 24 hours.
2. Fever, temperature higher than 37.8 degrees.
3. Loss of taste and smell.
If you or your family members have any of the above three symptoms, it is recommended that you stay home to avoid spreading the disease to others.
If you are infected with the new coronavirus, the above symptoms will continue to appear for five days. The WHO says the onset period is 14 days , but some people will develop symptoms later .
How to effectively avoid contact and spread of viruses?
Wash your hands frequently with liquid soap, water, and hand sanitizer.
When you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue.
Remember to throw used tissues into the trash.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with your hands. If you must touch them, wash your hands first.
Avoid close contact with people who are unwell.
