Terms and Conditions:
1. Any purchase made through the BioEm website will count towards this promotion. Purchases of BioEm products through other distributors will not be counted towards this promotion.
2. The consumption amount is calculated based on the amount after discount.
3. Additional shipping charges are not considered as consumption amount.
4. Winners will be notified via WhatsApp or phone. ☎️9484 1254 will be used as the winning notification number for this event.
5. Winners must collect their prizes in person at Room A, 19/F, EGL Plaza, 83 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong during office hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm).
6. If the winner is unable to collect the prize in person, they may choose to collect it on their behalf. The proxy must provide the winner’s name, phone number and prize collection notification/screenshot.
7. If winners require tickets to be picked up by courier, the company only offers cash on delivery via SF Express. The company is not responsible for any loss during delivery.
8. Failure to collect the tickets within the designated time will result in disqualification from the prize.
9. Tickets will be randomly assigned seats and dates. No selection is allowed.
10. All tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or gifts and are not refundable or exchangeable.
